All merchandise we are selling are official Hannover 96 products. The products are delivered to the 96soccer.com online store from the Hannover 96 Sales and Services GmbH Hannover. The jerseys are the official jerseys the team is wearing (100% authentic, brand new, never worn, with tags). The jerseys are "slim fit style". If you have usually US L, take the XL, (take always one size bigger). The printings are made by the official Hannover 96 Bundesliga Fanshop. We take no guarantees on the printings.  All merchandise is offered on a first come, first served basis, and is therefore subject to prior sale.

Merchandise Returns:
The 96soccer.com online store will not take any returns. No costs will be refunded.

The Shipping:
Shipping will be made from Hannover, Germany. Our standard shipping method is by Airmail (Deutsche Post) as registered post. You'll have to sign for it. This method will get you your package in 7 to 14 days after 'processing' (depends on the German and US postal service). It will be made between 3 and 7 Days from date of payment (because the printings) at the latest. The shipping charges calculated for your order are based upon the weight of the product ordered. This method generally results in reduced shipping charges for our customers. The basic costs are EUR 6.00. Shipping cost for each jersey will be approx. EUR 4.00 (so you have to pay EUR 10.00 for one jersey). The maximum order will be 8 jerseys, or any other sum of products that will have more than the maximum weight 2000 grams. Payment of that amount in case of loss:
Each shipping package is insured to EUR 38.00 at the "Deutsche Post". The payment will be made after successful investigation of the "Deutsche Post". It can take more than 4 weeks.

International Shipping:
We will ship to any legitimate shipping address worldwide.
